The Summer of Swift

To mark our 30th year in New York City, we’re spending the summer doing what we do best—sharing stories over proper drinks, good food, and meaningful company.

The Summer of Swift is a three-part series inspired by Gulliver’s Travels, with each chapter exploring the flavors of a different country through limited-time collaborations with local businesses we respect.

Each month brings a new partner, a custom menu, and a story worth telling—rooted in craft, culture, and the kind of hospitality that makes this city what it is.

Chapter One: JUNE - SPAIN WITH DESPAÑA

For the first chapter of The Summer of Swift, we’ve partnered with our longtime neighbors at Despaña—an NYC staple known for bringing the flavors of Spain to SoHo since 1971.

All month long, we’re serving a limited menu inspired by the collaboration, featuring dishes like Chistorra con Sidra and Pulpo alongside Swift Sangria and a Pistachio Carajillo.

On Thursday, June 12th, the Despaña team joins us at the bar from 4–7 PM. Stop by, grab a bite, and raise a glass to good neighbors and great stories.

Chapter Two: July - PANAMA WITH FLATBUSH OYSTER CO.

For the second chapter of The Summer of Swift, we’ve partnered with Flatbush Oyster Co. and Guinness.

All month long, we’re serving a limited menu inspired by the collaboration, featuring dishes like Guava Ribs and Broiled Jerk Oysters alongside specialty cocktails like Frozen Black Treacle and a Rum & Cola.

On Tuesday, July 8th, the Flatbush Oyster Co. and Guinness teams joins us at the bar… and you’re invited to join in on the fun!

Chapter Three: August - MEXICO WITH SOBRE MASA

For the third chapter of The Summer of Swift, we’ve partnered with Sobre Masa and Altos Tequila.

All month long, we’re serving a limited menu inspired by the collaboration, featuring dishes like Corned Beef Tacos and Irish Queso Fundido alongside specialty cocktails like Xocolatl Negroni and Mango Margaritas.

On Wednesday, August 13th, the Sobre Masa and Altos Tequila teams joins us at the bar… and you’re invited to join in on the fun!
